New Advertisement Listing Form

Instructions

If you have submitted advertising in the past, just put your organization's name in question #2 and you may leave questions #1 through #6 blank.

We welcome a logo (or graphics) and will include it next to your listing. Mail us a paper copy referencing the ad and with the following on the back signed and dated, "I have complete rights to the image on the reverse, and I am requesting BusinessWare to display it next to my ad listing on the Internet."

Your listing text need not include your company name, phone, email, nor your home page address - we'll add those as appropriate.

Pick one or more from Column A (Keywords) and one or more from Column B (Areas) and your ad listing will appear on a web page shown to users who enter the same choice. If you circle several keywords, your ad will appear on each matching web page. Likewise, if you circle several areas, your ad will appear on each of those web pages, too.

* These are more like categories, but users can choose them like keywords. They usually contain more entries than keywords.

* Do not pick a large area like "South County" for a common keyword such as "Aerobics". For common keywords, people prefer lists for their own town so they don't have to drive far.

To calculate your ad listing rate, multiply the number of keyword(s)
times the number of area(s) times $10
times the number of month(s) you wish to be listed

You may deduct 10% if you are placing an ad for more than 3 months

Note that these prices are promotional and for the first 100 ad listings only.

Credit card - We will call you to confirm your order and get your credit card number then. Why don't we take credit card info over the Internet?

On account - We will send a confirmation per your request. If you don't have an account with us, we'll call you to set one up.

Check in the mail - We will process your order the same day as your check arrives.
