Young Olympians Self Defense

Program combines safety awareness education with self-defense instruction ina fun, structured environment! Students are placed into classes according t o ability. Emphasis is placed in the learning of physical and verbal skills for self-defense. Course content includes: break-aways, techniques for close contact (being grabbed), communication skills and confident posture. Ages: class 608/5-7 yrs, 609/8-13 yrs, 610/Yellow Belt 1 and 2, 611/ 3 and above.
