A frontage park where Laguna Cyn Rd meets Pacific Coast Hwy includes boardwalk, benches and tables, a playground, and basketball and volleyball courts. Restrooms at north and south end of beach; restrooms at southend are wheelchair accessible. Outdoor showers at both ends. Game fishing allowed, except in reserve. OCTD #1 and #57. LB Red Line.
